"Having escaped death, or a terrible reminder of the brevity of our lives can have a positive therapeutic effect. Our days are numbered so it is best to count every time a sense of urgency about the life. It could end at any time. The intrepid general types of consciousness through such a traumatic experience. They are activated to make the most of every action, and the impulse given in life, helping them to identify what happens to then. "-Robert Greene
You may be wondering what the heck is a strength coach is to write about fear and death, but what I have accomplished, and to help my guys do it for fear of some thing, something drives me to succeed. When I was 6, a good friend and neighbor of our dead. It was only a few years older than me. Imagine what effect this may have on a young boy who believes he will live forever. I was shocked by the loss of my friend, but more about the reality that my life was limited. I cried every night for three years after. Ask my mother, she has faced. Termination or something not always stay with me. I thought about what death means many times over the years and is still somewhere in my mind that my time and our time here is quick and final. This gives me an emergency and desperado the lack of many people. I will not always be that way because it has its drawbacks too.
I know that every moment must become something we do not have time to sit down.
It was what led me to shoot 500 rounds a day as a basketball player jumps high, even in midsummer. I paid my young neighbor bounce for me. This led me to ride my bike to the YMCA at 5 am in high school so I can be sure to get my lift in practice and not let the basketball on the road. This is what led me to almost inhuman, senseless efforts during the five years he was involved in bodybuilding. That's what drives me to get up at 4:00 every day to go to work. The point is that we are all motivated by fear than pleasure. The key is .... scary? What do you fear? Find something to provoke a sense of urgency and his tool.
